Let us introduce ourselves
We are Nadia and Abderrazzaq (Abe), sister and brother. We were born in Morocco and grew up in The Netherlands. Last year we decided to leave our lives and careers in The Netherlands behind us and return to our native Morocco
We chose the name Amalia for our Riad, because it is a harmonious blend of "Amal", which symbolizes hope, and the esteemed name of the Dutch Crown Princess "Amalia". This intentional merging refers to where we were born (Morocco) and where we grew up (Netherlands). Our logo visually embodies this philosophy, with a crown that is seamlessly integrated with the historic gates of the Kasbah in the Medina, symbolizing a majestic gateway to tradition and splendour.
Owning this riad is like a dream come true for us. It's something we've wanted for a long time, and now we're loving life in Morocco. Our favorite thing to do is share our love for our culture and make sure our guests have a great time. We'd be really happy if you booked a stay at our riad or stopped by for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or just a cup of coffee.
